Fore flagging through sensitive wetlands in Heritage Park. Some showing already buried charges. Nice transects that cut through all kinds of landscape regardless its potential for groundwater pollution and destruction of rare and vulnerable habitats. A friend told us that they are also very active in Raisin township around E Valley Rd and N Wilmoth Hwy.
Following what goes on with oil and gas exploitation in and around Adrian, Michigan since 2013 - and how these events in our little city connect to the global environmental situation... - with the occasional sidetrack to other related environmental issues in Lenawee county, Michigan and how those relate to global issues.

Heritage Park Update
Victoria Powell emailed me this today:
I went out to the Heritage Park today.....no rig, no mess, spooky.
Had a good chat with a worker from GLC geophysicial. An extended seismatic testing out/near and around the Stubnitz Environmental Center.
The M52 tank farm is very busy: 4 huge holding tanks upright (to be painted soon so as to mute the color), and one taller green tank which will hide the flare. A bigger collar of dirt surrounds the site........
and lots of activity noted at 2:30 p.m.

Welcome
Welcome to this brand new blog. I will try to open it to all who want to contribute. Blogger has a limit of 100 users as much I now. It will be barebone for a while as I am new to this and do not have a lot of time...
