Not new but still awful. Can it be another example of CORRUPTION - or why should progressive municipalities not be allowed to ban plastic bags. Let us just continue to kill the oceans and everything on the path of millions of tons of plastic to the oceans...

We certainly need to ban as many plastic bags as we possibly can. Also, it should be mandatory in-so-far as recycling these bags are concerned.
